Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Delta® Shower Door replacement part purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit, or your needs might have changed. We provide you with a 15-day return policy. You can initiate your return by contacting us via https://www.deltashowerdoors.com/pages/contact-us. Please select Replacement Parts Return Request as your Reason for Inquiry. Please provide us with the items you wish to return and the reason for your return. We may require photos or videos for our records. If your return is approved, we will provide you with an RGA number. Unauthorized returns without an RGA number will not receive credit. Should you have questions prior to return, you can contact us via https://www.deltashowerdoors.com/pages/contact-us. We are unable to return shipping charges. Before placing your order, please carefully review your order to ensure you are purchasing the correct products.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued. Your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, service fees may apply. If you have been notified that your product was refunded and you do not see the funds within 7-10 business days, please email us at support@deltashowerdoors.com.

General information for all returns & refunds:

  • Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in sellable condition to ensure a refund. Photos are required.
  • We are not able to refund shipping charges on any orders.
  • Returns will be accepted from the US and all US Territories only. International returns will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • A refund will be issued within 48 business hours, once the return has been approved with a proper RGA number and may take additional days as processed by your credit card provider. · Our return policy only applies for items purchased via the www.deltashowerdoors.com website. Items purchased via other retailers do not apply.
  • No refund will be issued after 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • We do not refund bulk orders of more than 4 of the same item. We request that you order 1 item and check prior to ordering additional items.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect items selected via our parts finder tool.

Damages

We take pride in ensuring best in class delivery experience for you. We also understand sometimes, products may arrive damaged. We request that you inspect shipments on arrival. If

they arrive damaged, please report any damages within 5 days of arrival. We will require proof of damage via photos. A replacement product will be shipped, once validated by our customer service team. https://www.deltashowerdoors.com/pages/contact-us. Please select Replacement Parts Damage as your Reason for Inquiry.

 

Order Cancellations

Most orders ship the same day, so please email us at https://www.deltashowerdoors.com/pages/contact-us. Please select Replacement Parts Cancellation or call us at 800-964-4850 (9am-5 pm EST, M-F) within one hour of placing the order and before 2 pm EST. There will be no cancellation fees for standard items cancelled prior to shipment. If one hour or more has passed, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled, and our standard returns policy will apply. If you request expedited shipping, i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc, these orders must be placed prior to 11 am, EST. We cannot guarantee expedited shipping due to carrier constraints.

 

Shipping

Economy Shipping is the same as standard ground. These orders should be received by the consumer within 5-8 business days, depending on delivery location and any carrier constraints. All Economy orders received by 2 pm EST typically ship the same business day. Any orders received after 2 pm EST on Friday or over the weekend typically process the following Monday. Should you place an order on a holiday, please allow an additional business day for processing. We cannot guarantee economy shipping due to delivery location and any carrier constraints.

Express Shipping is like expedited shipping. The orders should be received by the consumer within 2-3 business days, depending on delivery locations. All Express orders received by 11 am EST typically ship the same business day. Any orders received after 11 am EST on Friday or over the weekend typically process the following Monday. Should you place an order on a holiday, please allow an additional business day for processing. We cannot guarantee expedited shipping due to delivery location and any carrier constraints.

We are unable to change the method of shipping once an order is confirmed.
