Q: What are the enclosure requirements for installing the Delta® Paxos Shower Door System?

A: Before installing, ensure your space meets all the requirements on the installation guide cover (see image below). Additionally, the side walls must be no more than 3/8 inch out of plumb.

Q: How do I install the center guide onto the threshold (sill)?

A: Use the screws provided in your Paxos Shower Door System hardware pack to attach the Center Guide directly to the threshold (sill). 

For step-by-step instructions, see Pages 16–18 (Steps 13–16) in the installation guide included with the shower door system.  

Q: Why is the inner door installed near the shower head?

A: The inner door panel should be installed on the side closest to the shower head. This helps keep water in and makes it easier to install all other components. You can find this instruction on Page 26, Step 28 in bold in the installation guide included with the shower door system.   

Not following these instructions could reduce water retention, which may cause splashing or leaks.
