COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: What if my enclosure wall doesn’t have studs or they’re in the wrong place?

A: The Delta® Kesara glass shower door system requires a stud for installation.  The studs must be a distance of 2 inches (5 cm) from the sill to the center of the stud on both sides of your enclosure. For more details, see Page 2 of the Delta® Kesara installation guide.
If studs are missing or misaligned, stop installation and contact the Customer Experience Team. Consider the Delta® Ashmore sliding door system, which doesn’t require studs.

Q: How deep does my shower sill need to be for the Delta® Kesara shower door to fit?

A: Your sill must be a minimum of 3-3/16” (8.0 cm) to install this glass shower door. See Threshold Depth “E” below. 

Q: Is it okay if part of the Center Guide hangs over the edge of my shower sill?

A: As long as the two screws are securing the Center Guide to the sill, it's acceptable for it to hang over the sill.
