Q: What should I do if something’s missing or arrives damaged?

Q: Why is the soft-close mechanism not working correctly?

A: Please make sure your shower space is level and meets all size requirements (dimension width and height needed in the shower area – shown below) for your Delta® Callidora shower door system.

Q: How can I prevent water leakage with the Delta® Callidora shower door?

A: Before starting to install, be sure that your shower environment is level. During installation, ensure all parts and components are correctly installed according to the installation instructions. 
If you’ve already installed the shower door system and you have water leakage, re-check that all seals, sweeps, and silicone have been done properly according to the installation guide.
